NASA's First Fifty Years: An Interactive Journey

Description: Explore virtual pavilions, clickable models and exhibits with your robot guide Automa. Adobe MAX Award Finalist.

How it was created: Spacecrafts and building interiors created in Maya, animated with Adobe Flash/ActionScript, exterior buildings created in Adobe Illustrator and Fireworks, and videos edited with Adobe Premiere.

 

Global Hawk Science

Description: The Global Hawk carries 11 instruments to sample the chemical composition of Earth’s two lowest atmospheric layers, to profile the dynamics and meteorology of both, and to observe the distribution of clouds and aerosol particles.

How it was created: Aircraft and hangar interior created in Maya, animated with Adobe Flash and videos edited with Adobe Premiere.

How it was created: I created this album cover for Trey Eley and Matthew Shell's musical work, "Freedom". It was designed using Adobe Illustrator and is entirely vector, except for the starry space imagery used on the overlay.

Description: Explore the "personal spacecraft" of astronauts, from the silver suit of the Mercury 7 to the "pumpkin suit" of shuttle astronauts.

How it was created: Spacesuits and building interiors created in Maya, animated with Adobe Flash, some graphcis created in Adobe Illustrator and Fireworks, videos edited with Adobe Premiere and 3D host created with iClone by RealIllusion.

 

Primetime Emmy Consideration Video for NASA's 40th Anniversary of Apollo 11

Description: In accordance with the guidelines provided by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, this video demonstrates the highlights of NASA's 40th Anniversary of Apollo features and why it should be considered for Primetime Emmy nomination.

How it was created: Video edited with Adobe Premiere after collecting NASA archival footage along with website and interactive feature screen captures. I also wrote the script and directed the narration.
